Apartment of 65 square meters composed by kitchen, living room, a bedroom and a large bathroom with shower, ideal for couples who want a quiet bedroom or for a family. The apartment is equipped with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen  and the kitchen is fully equipped. For the exclusive use of the apartment there’s a TV 32 “, hairdryer, fan, air-conditioned in the bedroom and  heating; If necessary, the sofabed can become a comfortable double bed.

From April 1 until October 31 of each year,
a communal touristic tax is requested
for each person over 14 years old and for a maximum of 7 days.
